We are looking for a SDR to focus on bringing new customers into the ARCA Sales Program. You will explore new leads for product sales and support all pre-existing accounts. Your efforts will help convert our current customers into enterprise accounts and key relationships. You will be working hand-in-hand with our Sales Executives and Account Executives by finding quality leads to bring into our customer base and supporting their engagement. In addition, you will also be working to market our ARCA Sales program through curated emails, phone calls, and 3rd party marketplaces. As part of leading customer interactions, you will be tasked with conducting cold phone calls, hosting virtual walkthroughs of our facility and emailing or texting photos of items that may interest a potential new customer.
